☀ Exploring his complicated feelings re: his 'freaky' powers
☀ Exploring the fact that Andy grew up extremely isolated from most people due to said 'freaky' powers. He was born an esper, so suffered from the discrimination they did (barred from entering specific places, no one will hire him because he's an esper, etc) as well as being rejected by his fellow espers (his powers negate others, and cause espers pain to even be NEAR him).
☀ Exploring the self-hatred he developed because of all of above, where he views himself as an 'incomplete' person and is deeply resentful over his circumstances.
☀ Seriously how is Andy so well-adjusted, like everyone has Issues(tm) in ZKC but Andy suffered the social equivalent of solitary confinement since he was a CHILD and still knows how to interact with people (kind of)
☀ SAYING THAT THOUGH he is a little awkward socially at times too. He's not used to actually, like, having friends, and the only person he has so far opened up to somewhat was Hyoubu. Andy tends to keep people at arm's length, emotionally, so getting him to ACTUALLY MAKE FRIENDS would be fantastic.
☀ Playing with power negation stuff~
☀ Please god someone give this guy some self-worth please
☀ Exploring his guilt and complicated feelings over his role as a spy and how his boss basically shot him point blank in the chest the second he outlived his usefulness (which Andy never mentioned to anyone ever, hello bottling things up)
☀ Exploring his very very very very complicated feelings over Hyoubu Kyousuke, aka the bane of his existence aka that cheating esper aka the asshole who keeps kicking him into the pool aka the guy who purrs 'death to traitors' while staring andy, a spy, right in the eye aka the first person to ever smile at Andy and tell him his kindness is part of his power too no im not crYING-!
☀ Does Andy even have a hobby that isn't just practicing how to fight bc it's all he knows how to do well? Find him a fucking hobby my god.
